Terms of Service
USAGE. The commissioned art is for personal client use only (ex: art collection galleries, nonprofit printing, wallpaper, decorating web spaces, etc.) Please contact me if you intend to use this art in any business or industry setting.There will be NO transfer of copyright to the client. I retain all rights to this work. No client or non-client has permission to use my artwork in any NFT or NFT-related process/material. Participation in NFTs, Blockchain, Cryptocurrency, or minting of any kind will be an immediate blacklist.The client will be provided an initial sketch to approve. After the commission is complete there will be two rounds of no-cost revision. This includes any changes to a subject’s pose, features, expressions, or palette. Additional revisions will be an appended cost that I will provide based on the complexity of the change.
The queue timeline may vary as it is likely I have additional employment along with this commission work, please let me know beforehand if you need this work by a specific date.THERE ARE NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS AFTER THE INVOICE IS PAID.*
All completed files are sent to the email used for payment unless another email is specified. All drawings will include a watermark that you may not remove.*If for any reason I physically cannot complete a commission. I will personally contact you and issue a full refund.
